good Product, inflexible company policy

company policies need to be flexible in order to gain the trust of the customer. No returns is discouraging.
When a direct purchase is made reasonable and encouraging discounts should be offered.
if one makes a purchase through amazon for your product the pricing is almost similar or a 50-200 inr higher, with flexible returnable options. besides you end up paying 23-45% as commission to amazon
a direct purchase should warrant at least a 10-20% discount for direct purchase
