The product is very good and functioning properly. The hardware used is good. Overall the mini pc is super fast and everything working as expected.

Was hesitant to order from this site.. as it's not a regular like Amazon or Flipkart..but the deal was tempting.. went for the bait.. but was not fooled... Genuine products with better combination..!! (Not offered on the regular sites)
The one thing i miss now is the Microsoft office package...(Not listed to buy in combination) The rest is indeed as per the discription...!

I bought Dragon by SkullSaints AMD Ryzen 7 5800U 32GB DDR4 500GB M2 SSD with Genuine Win 11 Pro, RGB Lights; 4K HDMI DP Type-C WiFi 6 BT 5.2 Mini PC for Rs.37,999/. On 28-08-2024 I received the Mini PC from he seller.
Immediately I installed another 1TB SSD for data storage purpose and attached 2 heatsinks to 2 SSDs (no heatsinks were given by seller). I updated windows 11 pro with the version 23h2 and installed necessary programs. Initially my Canon printers not detected by this Mini PC. After sever research and alterations I was able to use my printers with this PC. I edited 1080P videos with this Mini PC very smoothly. 4K video is playing without any hanging. All the programs are performing nicely. The PC is working fine as like mid range gaming Laptop. If anybody want to off the RBG lights of the Mini PC, install CYX_RGB_LED_Tool_V1.0.0.20.exe. No need to install drivers provided by the seller in his website for this Mini PC as Windows 11 Pro has provided all the necessary drivers for common programs.

You can add Standard GPU to make it more interesting product.

After using the product i was super happy it simply made everything comfortable for me, i got angry first at the person whom i was emailing, becoz i received a wrong product, then i dint have the time to wait for exchange, i publicly say to you m sorry, the performance of the product has simply crushed my anger. once again m really sorry. what a amazing and wonderful pc to work on.
