I was initially skeptical in ordering this. I had ordered the RG35xx plus from Amazon twice and received the RG35xx only (Not the plus model). I needed something that would connect with a Bluetooth controller. I ordered this as COD to mitigate any risk but the order was shipped as an amazon delivery partner and I got it in 3 days. Smooth setup and product is genuine. The firmware version is a bit older so might need to update that yourself but that is a non issue for me. One recommendation from my side, backup the micro sd card provided with this device with a new micro sd card as the provided memory card is prone to failure (that's an general Ambernic problem, not the sellers, check reddit).

Got my rg40xx H on time and even though I wanted black colour blue one is also fine the screen and buttons are great and it's a good starter handheld

Apreciating your work for import good quality product and provide in genuine cost. 99% fake products are listed in various online website with high cost. You are the only one import the real one. Please also make available other models. Also most the people are not aware about your service so please also make it available in Amazon & Flipkart as well.

I was a unsure if I should buy this device but my decision to buy was a good one. Truly enjoying this handheld and love the screen size. Didn't want to have to strain my eyes with a smaller screen and this one is perfect. Built quality is quite good as well. And what really made me happy was that I got the device delivered within few days just before I could travel home. Love it!
