A good machine

I like this NUC for my own diy projects and yeah the support was good

As an architecture studio, this is our 5th purchase. At first, we were a little speculative, but after using it, we discovered that it is perfect and functions well. In order to take rendering to the next level, we genuinely want Skull Saints to launch a series with graphic cards.

Worst experience in purchase

I ordered two items and I received only one item and after making compliant I received another item after 7 days. After unboxing I looked for instruction sheet. No instruction about the assembly of pc. Moreover one metal strip and 4 screws were supplied and I don't know what for this. No instruction about the drivers update and warrenty. With lot of difficulty I came to know about product registration for warranty. I registered my products 2 weeks back so far no reply from the company. I faced a worst experience of purchase of mini pc with your company. Kindly take my suggestion in good spirit and don't trouble the customer and give instructions to be followed after purchase of mini pc.

To clarify, both items were ordered on 8th April and shipped separately on 9th April, each with its own tracking number. The Fury unit was delivered successfully, while the mouse was returned to us by the courier. After you informed us about the missing mouse, we re-shipped it on 15th April. We regret the delay and any trouble this may have caused.

Regarding the product instructions and warranty registration: we understand your concerns and are working to improve our post-purchase guidance, including clearer assembly instructions and driver update information.

Please note, once the warranty registration form is submitted, it will reflect on the portal itself—you won’t receive a separate confirmation. However, registration is not mandatory; your purchase invoice alone is sufficient to claim warranty support.
