I have bought a mini pc with a lot of speculation. But it surprisingly is very reliable and highly performing pc. When I had an issue the service agents were quick to respond and gelp me set the pc properly.

Honestly, I was very afraid to buy a product from skullsaints because I had never heard of the brand name but it is all okay post the purchase. I wont say I am super happy but for mini PC it works really well. It is good for regular work but if you wish to play heavy games or run a software which is a bit heavy- like some algo backtesting software- then the fan goes crazy and constantly switches between top speed and low speed at very frequent intervals which is very disturbing in terms of noise. Rest all is fine till now. It has been 10 days since I using this product.

The PC is running fine, got more than what I expected, but I must mention that it's processor powerful but it's not in sync with the integrated graphics. Almost all PC games were stuttering while playing in the core X pc, but when I reduced the maximum processor output to 70% instead of 100% , all those games which were stuttering are running smoothly without any problem. Further, there should be instruction in the box regarding availability of its drivers, how to install etc. Yes the drivers are available at electronics India website but still instructions should be provided along with the box.
